Network Management
Our knowledgeable staff of Network Engineers monitor and manage every access point that we've deployed. Equipped with a powerful tool set, our engineers are able to diagnose and troubleshot WiFi systems more effectively than other wireless providers. Our wireless access points checkin to our network operation center every 6 minutes, during that time each maintains an open tunnel to one of our management servers. This enables our engineers to remotely access and diagnose user connection problems as if they were on-site connected directly to the system.
Subscriber/User Support
We provide free 24x7 technical support for every NomadISP user and aim to make operating a NomadISP wireless hotspot a hassle free experience for both you and your guests.
