These “preview sites” are a great way to direct traffic to your website or a local event calendar. You may also customize messages displayed to your guests. (See the upper left hand corner on the example above) This can be a great area to post bulletins and other important information. The welcome page is available even if the Internet is not. So if for some reason you expect an outage of service you could notify your guests before they come to the office.
