Hello NomadISP Affiliate! As some of you may know, NomadISP has made the decision to sell our Network to TengoInternet. These type of decisions are not ones that are made without a long process of due diligence and internal thought to insure that every customer will continue to have exceptional service and support. The bottom line in this decision is that NomadISP has been known for exceptional equipment and delivery of WiFi service. As we have grown, other industries have desired to use our equipment to deploy commercial grade WiFi. TengoInternet was one of them, and as we looked at the business model, it made sense to diversify and allow each organization to extend what each does best. As I looked at what company that I could be comfortable with taking care of our customers, it became clear that the only one that made sense was TengoInternet. It became even more clear this was the right decision as we arrived close to the end of the process when TengoInternet was awarded "ARVC Supplier Of The Year" by the industry. As many of you know, I've been hands on and have met many of you over the last six years. I went through two GMC 1500's and 475000 miles, and the Airstream has held up the entire time, thank goodness. I like to look my customers in the eye, shake their hand and thank them for their business. I usually let them know that I'll help guide my team to insure that they feel that they are treated with the respect that they deserve as a customer, but if theres a log jam needing moved, call me up. One of the things I had to do in this process was insure that TengoInternet would uphold the same philosophy of customer service that I have. Eric Stumberg of Tengo is that kind of person. He's an honest, hardworking, customer focused business person that shares similar values and views on extending service to the customer. As such, this made the decision easier, and I know that each of you will be taken care of. As my Grandpa used to say, "He's good folk," and he is. I'm sure you will see that immediately as you interact with him and his team. So what does this mean for the NomadISP team? We have created a new company, BlueMesh Networks, that will sell our equipment to not only Tengo, but other provisioners. This process will allow us to focus on what we do best, creating solutions for connectivity, and develop new and more innovative solutions for other markets as well. Additionally, some of the team will be assisting Tengo in the transition of the network to them over the next 6 months. In the next few weeks, we will be contacting many of you to discuss this process. As always, I'm available for direct questions and will be available to discuss. I know that some of you will have questions, and we have set up this link, http://www.tengointernet.com/welcomenomadcustomers to answer many of the common questions. Thank you for your past business. Thank you for trusting in our team, and we are confident that this process will bring better options for serving your customers and guests.
